As development director at Bivcorp, Christian has secured planning permits for multiple developments. He is now managing the construction of multiple developments for Bivcorp.

Christian says developing is such a collaborative business connecting with agents to find the right properties, developing relationships with financiers and then working with and managing a range of consultants, architects, engineers and suppliers; not forgetting working through the legal maze of planning and councils.

Unexpected obstacles are common in any construction project and a large component of my work is problem solving.

It is great sharing this workload with my brother, Jacob who has a strong work ethic, a deep understanding of the market and keen negotiating skills.

After 5 years of dedicated experience in commercial real estate as an analyst and in sales, Jacob is now using these skills to guide clients through the process of buying, selling and investing in residential property. With an unparalleled knowledge of the property market combined with local insights, Jacob has a strong focus on building relationships and a track record of open communications and reliability.

His experience in commercial and residential real estate combined with his property degree and full real estate licence provide the sales experience and knowledge of market trends and values to the Biv Bros team.

Growing Up in Real Estate

We both worked closely with our dad who has educated us in life and in property. Growing up, attending auctions and learning the process of deal making, we began to understood the cycle of property. We have different skills – Christian’s strength is handling the complexities of the development process and mine is building relationships and negotiation, so we combine well together as we continue to build our network and build our porftfolio of assets.
